Iryna Slavinska and DonorUA received an award from AABB, the world's specialized association for blood donation.

Iryna as the first Ukrainian citizen and DonorUA as the first Ukrainian organization in AABB awarding history were praised for invaluable work in helping to maintain the safety, adequacy and continuity of the blood supply in Ukraine amidst extraordinary challenges.

DonorUA has been at the forefront of enhancing blood donation practices in Ukraine since its inception in 2014. As a non-profit organization, they have been a vital recruitment and coordination platform.

Currently, DonorUA is the only digitized blood donor platform in Ukraine with more than 140k blood donors. DonorUA also contains the largest knowledge base and provides consulting to anyone who wants to join the donor movement.
